Sang Va Kooh holding participated in a partnership with Pasargad Oil Company in Chabahar, in order to establish an emulsion bitumen production plant. The result of this partnership is the Balouch Pasargad bitumen processing company. This company is the largest producer of emulsion bitumen in Iran and produces its products specifically for Cold Mix Asphalt, Asphalt Recycling, MicroSurfacing, Chip-Sealing, Prime Coat and Tack Coat. The company is also active in the production of bitumen 60-70, 85-100, MC250 and exports to neighboring countries.
